This page explains what information Worth Quoting collects, how it's used and how long it's kept. Worth Quoting is the trading name of Erryn Louise Worth (ABN 61 367 136 930).
What Worth Quoting collects
- Audit orders. Your name, email and organisation, and for an invoice, your organisation's legal name, ABN, accounts email and purchase order number. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Worth Quoting doesn't see or keep your card number.
- The business form. After you order an audit, you answer questions about your business in a Google Form.
- Research enquiries. What you enter in the enquiry form is emailed to Worth Quoting through Resend. If you answer the scoping questions that follow, those are collected in a Google Form.
- Calls. A call is recorded and transcribed only with your consent, which is asked for before recording starts.
- Website visits. This site uses Google Analytics 4 on its default settings. It uses cookies to record the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. It doesn't tell Worth Quoting who you are. You can block it in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
Worth Quoting uses service providers to run the business, including Stripe, Google, Resend and its accounting software. Some of them store information outside Australia.
How it's used and how long it's kept
Your information is used to deliver your audit or research, reply to your enquiry, invoice you, and understand how this site is used. It isn't sold, and it isn't shared for advertising.
Enquiries, form answers, call recordings and transcripts are kept for 12 months after your last contact with Worth Quoting, then deleted. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information Worth Quoting holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Records the law requires Worth Quoting to keep, such as invoices, are the exception.
The research dataset
The AI answers gathered during an audit, study or measurement wave are coded and added to Worth Quoting's research dataset, without anything that identifies your business. Section 5 of the service terms sets this out.
