Service terms
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms are between you and Erryn Louise Worth, trading as Worth Quoting (ABN 61 367 136 930). They apply to every AI visibility audit, research project and measurement wave. Where your written scope says something different, the scope applies.
You accept these terms when you tick the box at audit checkout, or when you approve a written scope. The terms in place on that day are the ones that apply to your project.
1. What you're buying
Every product is a defined piece of work at a fixed price.
For an audit, the audit page sets out what's included, and your order is the scope. An audit reads what AI tools say in your category. It doesn't include creating content or research, changes to your website, Google search rankings or paid search, or ongoing tracking.
For research and measurement waves, Worth Quoting sends a written scope with a fixed fee, and work starts when you approve it in writing. Research includes one round of revisions to the whitepaper.
A research fee doesn't include fieldwork; statistics, cleaning or weighting of data; media releases, outreach or social posts; paid media; web builds beyond the schema markup; or a measurement wave.
Work outside the scope is quoted as a fixed price before it starts.
2. What Worth Quoting can and can't promise
Findings are written and marked up to give them the best chance of being cited. Nobody can guarantee that an AI tool cites anything. An audit and a measurement wave report what was observed in the answers captured, on the dates they were captured.
3. Findings your data supports
Worth Quoting prepares every finding your data supports. Where the data can't support a finding, it's left out and you're told so in writing.
4. Suppliers
On a study, Worth Quoting engages and manages the survey company, so you deal with one supplier. Worth Quoting can organise a PR agency and a designer, quoted separately, or you can use your own.
Fieldwork, and the PR agency and designer where Worth Quoting organises them, are on Worth Quoting's invoice and quoted separately from the fee. Your scope carries an estimate. Once the supplier has scoped the work, Worth Quoting confirms the firm figure with you in writing and invoices it in full. It's paid before the supplier starts and can't be refunded once they've started.
If a supplier's cost changes after the firm figure, Worth Quoting confirms the change with you in writing and it's paid before the extra work runs. Any saving is credited on your final invoice.
5. The research dataset
The AI answers gathered during your audit, study or measurement wave are coded and added to Worth Quoting's research dataset, without anything that identifies your business. Worth Quoting uses the dataset for its own research, including published measurement waves and articles.
6. Payment
Audits are paid when you order. Pay by card, with no card fee added, or ask for an invoice to your organisation. That invoice is raised on your order and due in 14 days.
Research is invoiced. 50% of the fee is invoiced when you approve the scope in writing, which is when work starts, and 50% on delivery. Fieldwork is invoiced separately, as set out in section 4.
Measurement waves are invoiced on delivery of each wave.
Invoices are due 14 days from the invoice date. There's no late fee. A written scope is valid for 30 days.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Audits. You get a full refund if Worth Quoting can't take your audit, because of a conflict with an existing client or a request outside what the audit covers. That's decided within one working day of your order.
You get a full refund if you cancel before work starts. Work starts when your completed business form arrives and Worth Quoting confirms the start by email.
Once work has started there's no refund, unless the audit isn't delivered. In that case you get a full refund.
Research. If you cancel a research project after you've approved the scope, the first 50% of the fee is still payable and isn't refunded. The second 50% is invoiced only on delivery, so it isn't charged. Fieldwork and other supplier costs can't be refunded once the supplier has started, as set out in section 4.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Who owns the work
Once you've paid in full, you own what was written for you: the report, the whitepaper, the findings, the landing page copy and the schema markup. Worth Quoting keeps its methods and templates, and the research dataset described in section 5.
For an annual index, your scope sets out who owns the index name and its method.
9. Confidentiality
Worth Quoting keeps what you share confidential and uses it only for your project. Suppliers engaged for your project see only what they need. Worth Quoting doesn't name you as a client, or quote you, without your written consent.
10. Fixing mistakes
If something delivered doesn't match the scope, tell Worth Quoting and it's fixed at Worth Quoting's cost.
11. Liability
As far as the law allows, Worth Quoting's liability for any project is limited to the fees you've paid for that project.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
